Home Staging, Owner Occupied

When you get ready to market your home it becomes a product. Similar to a product on a store shelf, your home has features and benefits that will separate it from the local competition. In order to compete you must present your home in impeccable show condition for both buyers and brokers. By simply enhancing your home’s perceived value, investing in property staging ensures the most efficient and affordable way for sellers to secure the equity in their home.

STAGING VS. DESIGN Staging is designing a home as a PRODUCT.  Interior Design is designing a home for a PERSON.  By using and reorganizing your EXISTING décor, together we will carefully curate a stage that will help you sell faster and for more money.

  • Layout interior/exterior
  • Reorganize closet/cabinet storage
  • Window cleaning
  • Exterior power washing
  • Detailed interior cleaning
  • Requests to acquire/rent home décor may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Discovery Session

You may have heard me use this term before on Facebook Live or YouTube, it’s one of my favorite exercises when trying to break through my own home decorating paralysis. It’s called a “Discovery Session”, an affordable way to help you break through creative block and gain deeper insight on what truly makes you happy. Together we’ll walk through your home, identify your goals, challenges and styles that support you best.

A Discovery Session is perfect for you if:

  • You’d love a good brainstorming session with a caring pro.
  • You want deeper insights and want someone to help organize your thoughts
  • You’re ready to infuse your space with more “you” and need some inspiration.
  • You’re excited by these ideas, want to incorporate them into your life and need help knowing where to begin.
