Refund policy

I want you to love your items as much as I do!

I believe all my items are wonderful. So much so, I used them in my own home. However, if something is just not right, I’ll accept returns. Returns are accepted on all undamaged, unused, and new condition items within 14 days of delivery date. I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at kristin@porchnook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do you ship your return?

Please email me as soon as possible at kristin@porchnook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I will then email you a return label. Using the original ship packaging, include the packing slip with your item, and affix the provided return label to the exterior of the packaging. It will be your responsibility to give your package to the assigned carrier found on your return label (ex: USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Holiday Extended Return Window

All orders placed between November 1st through December 24th are eligible for return until January 31st of the following calendar year. If your return window has elapsed, please contact me at kristin@porchnook.com for help.

How long does it take to receive your refund?

You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days after your return has been shipped, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
